At Quinta Vale Benfeito, we simply believe that land is the most important factor in producing an expressive wine. We handle it with kid gloves. We excel in semi-dry agriculture that allows the vines to bury their roots deeply to obtain water, extracting intense flavors from our soil. We use environmentally friendly farming practices to keep nature in balance. It doesn’t stop being more laborious, but in the end all the care is shown in the quality of the wine.

    Winemaking

    Obtained from the Caladoc variety. Reception, full destemming, crushing and pneumatic pressing. Static defecation. Fermentation of open spout at controlled temperature at 16°C.

    Tasting Note

    Rosy colored wine, aroma of wild berries.
    It is an elegant, unctuous and fresh wine.

    Gastronomy

    Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC, excellent aperitif, great to accompany salads, sushi, fish and seafood dishes.
