Winemaking

Obtained from the Caladoc variety. Reception, full destemming, crushing and pneumatic pressing. Static defecation. Fermentation of open spout at controlled temperature at 16°C.

Tasting Note

Rosy colored wine, aroma of wild berries. It is an elegant, unctuous and fresh wine.

Gastronomy

Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC, excellent aperitif, great to accompany salads, sushi, fish and seafood dishes.
