Winemaking

Reception, total destemming followed by crushing, pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 24º C. Automatic reassembly alternated with delatage.

Tasting Note

Garnet colored wine, aroma of wild berries. It is a full-bodied and velvety wine with a smooth and persistent finish.

Gastronomy

Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC, to accompany red meat dishes and soft-textured cheeses.
